The children of Arts on Main...

I managed to take the most beautiful shots of the local children in and around the Maboneng Precinct not too long ago. Although they were pretty demanding in that I pay them to "model", they co-operated whilst i snapped away with my camera. These children don't seem like they have very much yet they're all as happy as a clam. Oh to be young and carefree...

Just sitting back and watching the world go by...

With all the hype of final projects now over, I finally had a bit of time to myself this weekend and it was heavenly to say the least. I didn't do much, but I'm okay with that. I did however give my work desk a spring clean! Usually its littered with post it notes, piled up dirty coffee mugs and random pieces of paper. But not this time. I sat back, read a magazine (that iv had since September and never really got around to paging through it) and even delved in a bit of writing (which i also haven't done much of).

 

I could  defnitly do with more weekends like this.

I haven't actually been to one of the stores, but I'm sort of sad that I'm not a guy cos i wont ever get a chance to wear the stuff! Their whole marketing campaign that was circulating on Instagram was pretty dam impressive too. I mean, their male models for the campaign had beards...BEARDS! Theres just no competing with a bearded man. sigh.
